Puerto Rico currently uses the ICC (International Code Council) family of codes. To purchase them, please visit their site. However, Puerto Rico Permits Management Office, “Oficina de Gerencia de Permisos” (OGPe) has made amendments and adaptations that should be noted. These adaptations and amendments are located in Puerto Rico’s Building Code 2016, which we’ve included below.
